The Business Stuff

Once you decide to move forward, I will send you a quote containing a contract detailing our arrangement and an invoice for the Creative Session Fee. Once those two items are completed, you are officially booked on my calendar and the real fun begins! I'll send you a client guide with all the details on how to prepare for your session. I'll be available for wardrobe selection assistance and answer any questions you may have along the way.

The Big Day

Session day has arrived! Do not stress! I am here to not only give you directions on exactly where to go, park, and walk for the session, but also to direct you on what to do to get those natural, organic photos. Soon you'll be headed home and await delivery day.

Stay in Touch

I hope to see you again soon to document to document the arrival of your new baby! I know once baby arrives, things get a little hectic, so I will reach out to you around your due date to see if the little one has arrived. Once baby is here, we'll schedule your newborn session within the first month of birth.

Your Investment

Session fee does not include artwork and/or digital images. Those are purchased separately after viewing your gallery. Average client investment is $900 towards custom artwork and/or digital images.

Life moves incredibly fast once children enter the picture. It can be hard to to take it all in. This is why I offer Membership Plans for this unique time in your family's life. When you join a Membership Plan, you'll choose from 2 to 4 sessions to help you document this special time.Choose from maternity, newborn, six month, and first birthday.

Within one week of your session, you'll receive online proof gallery with all of your best images color corrected. After viewing the gallery, you'll choose which digital and print package you’d like to purchase.

After you make your selections, I will do the final touchups and send the digital files back to you within one to two weeks. Your prints will be delivered straight to your home.

I guarantee that your images will remain in an online gallery for at least six months. While your galleries may stay up longer than that, I cannot guarantee it. Once your galleries have been delivered, I highly recommend downloading all high resolution images to several devices. Consider investing in a portable, waterproof external hard drive.

All my packages include both digital images and prints, and you are welcome to print more the images on your own. If you do this, we recommend making sure that the printer does not color correct the images (many automatically do this.) Paper quality, color correction and a handful of other factors play a big role in the way your prints turn out. This is one of the reasons why I recommend ordering additional prints through your online gallery!

You are absolutely welcome to share images on social media. To ensure that my work is properly represented, I ask that you refrain from any edit, that includes placing a filter on them. I also appreciate image credits and tags as they help me to continue to grow as a business. 

I recommend that you schedule your maternity session when you are between 30-34 weeks.

At this stage of your pregnancy, you will have a nice beautiful bump but won't yet be feeling too swollen or uncomfortable.
